4. No Warranty

Flexify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. You use the service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flexify, including but not limited to lost data, failed bookings, or scheduling errors.

6. Third-Party Services

Flexify may interact with third-party services (e.g., Google, email providers, calendar systems, travel APIs, payment providers). We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these third-party services.

7. Termination

You may stop using Flexify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Flexify if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of Flexify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
